Your initial consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space to ask questions, share your goals, and understand how we might work together. This session is about helping you feel seen, supported, and clear on the path forward.

I provide individualized, evidence-based therapy in a compassionate, client-centered space. Using approaches like ART, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, we address anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. Together, we build resilience, emotional regulation, and practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change.

In therapy, you may be given gentle exercises or “homework” to practice skills between sessions. These activities help reinforce what we work on in session and support real-life application. Homework is collaborative, practical, and designed to empower you—not overwhelm you—as you build lasting change.
